REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you and your furry friend to love your PeekaPup™ hoodie. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This is in addition to your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• Free of pet hair, odours, and stains
• In its original packaging with all tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items with visible pet hair, stains, or damage from use
• Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email us at voidlinehelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using the address we provide (customer covers return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect).
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or colour? Email us at voidlinehelp@gmail.com and we'll walk you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, email us at voidlinehelp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it enters our fulfilment queue. Once your order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, without giving a reason.
